Functionality

The TESTERLYZER® Case is an easy-to-transport and robust test unit for vehicle control units in a system network. The cases are customised according to customer requirements in terms of size and degree of integration.

ASSEMBLY

The electrical and mechanical system integration and the specific interfaces are realised via a separately removable insert. In this insert, the voltage and signal distribution is carried out via a distribution board to standardized adaptor slots for individual control unit connection.

Various display units, exchangeable telephone components and speaker units are integrated in the case lid, for example for the series-dependent infotainment network.

On request, RUETZ TECHNOLOGIES can also integrate its own terminal simulation box in order to send the respective terminal statuses or specific CAN telegrams via key assignment (e.g. volume control).
